Living life on autopilot is no fun. Trust me – I’ve been there. You know the feeling…

You get woken up (too early) by either your kids or your alarm and your morning is immediately hijacked. It’s not about you anymore.

You feel as though you battle through the morning and wait for those little pockets of time in the day when you can exhale.

Work, kids, housework – all those ‘grown up’ things we have to look after gnaw away at our day. We get by on caffeine and whatever is easy to throw in our mouths (usually while still working or running errands) before crashing around 4pm.

BUT WE STILL HAVE THE EVENING TO GO!

It’s time to feed everyone, battle with bathe the kids, sort out lunches and clothes for the next day and claw through the evening until bedtime.

MY STORY

I had unmet and unfulfilled goals for MANY years. I had all the reasons excuses as to why I wasn’t chasing or achieving my goals.

I was too busy.

My goal didn’t really matter.

I wasn’t worth it.

I couldn’t do it.

Who was I to think I could do this?

I was stuck in a cycle of self-sabotage, procrastination and imposter syndrome.

Yes, I was busy and my life was hectic, but I knew that by not following my dreams, I wasn’t living up to my full potential.

I was plagued by thoughts of letting myself down.

I was disappointed I wasn’t achieving what I wanted and I couldn’t understand why. 

It wasn’t until I worked with a coach that I got clear on why I wasn’t moving forward. Once I had this clarity, I could set an achievable goal and create a plan of action for how I was going to reach it.

And let me tell you, finally achieving my life goal felt just as epic as I’d ever imagined.

I felt proud, excited, a little nervous, but utterly elated that I had finally achieved my dream.

I proved to myself that it was possible and I was capable of doing the work, overcoming resistance and doing hard things.

Hi, I’m Nicky Foulkes

I’m a coach, writer, author and doting mum to two charismatic young ladies.

I love cheesy 80’s music and movies, Golden Retrievers, almond milk lattes, dad jokes and finding innuendos in EVERYTHING!

My mission is to help people create a life bursting with happiness.
